It is by working in partnership with the community that we can accomplish our goals to protect life and property, to solve neighborhood problems, and to enhance the quality of life in our City. We are YOUR police department and we want you to join in our efforts to maintain the safety of our community. As Police Chief, I can assure you that every member of the Breese Police Department is encouraged to embrace this philosophy.
